Linear bearing features: low noise, low friction, high precision and high life. Because of the point contact between the ball and the straight axis, the friction force is small and the motion accuracy is high. It is widely used in precision calculator auxiliary equipment, automatic recorder, coordinate measuring instrument, multi axis drilling machine, stamping machine, tool grinder, cutting machine, welding machine, printing machine, packaging machinery and woodworking machinery.
Linear bearing is a linear motion system which is produced at low cost. It is used for infinite stroke and cylindrical shaft. Due to the point contact between the bearing ball and the shaft, the load is small. The steel ball rotates with minimal frictional resistance, thereby achieving a high precision steady motion. Linear bearings are widely used in electronic equipment, tensile testing machines and digital three-dimensional coordinate measuring equipment and other precision equipment. When installing the linear bearings in the bearing seat, the auxiliary work should be used to avoid direct knocking on the end face or seal ring. The bearings should be evenly introduced into the bearing, with a cushion plate, and the light shaft is gently tapping into a linear bearing. The axis and the center line of the bearing must be straight into a straight line. Damage to the linear bearing should be evenly distributed on the entire bearing, and two or more bearings should be used. Linear bearing does not bear rotating load, otherwise it can cause accidents.
